Prof. Neethu Mohammed holds a PhD in Management specializing in OB/HRM from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. Her PhD work specifically focuses on knowledge sharing behaviour of individuals at workplace. Prior to joining IMT, she worked at School of Management Studies, NIT Calicut as Adhoc Lecturer in HRM. She has also qualified UGC NET with JRF in the subject area of Management. She has also published papers in peer reviewed journals and presented research papers in national as well as international conferences.
