Celebrating Janmashtami at IMT Hyderabad!
Antragna, the cultural committee brought a smile on the faces of the IMT crowd. They reminded them of their family celebrations and also cemented IMT family by organizing a beautiful event for Janmashtami.
The day started with worshipping Lord Krishna, continuing with the tradition there was a "Dahi handi" by tug off war. Congratulations to the teams for becoming the winners and runners-up respectfully.

On 25th August, 2019 the students and faculty of IMT Hyderabad participated in the 10k Airtel Hyderabad Marathon.
Each participant successfully completed the marathon with much zeal and enthusiasm. Aman Sah from batch 2019-21 completed the marathon in 56 minutes 51 seconds.

Every year, IMT-Hyderabad celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi with gaiety and grandeur. Antragna, the cultural club devote a lot of time and sweat in the decoration and management of the event-right from the aarti to the naivadyam for 9 days.
The third edition of TEDx IMT Hyderabad took place on 31st August, 2019. This year's theme was chosen with the noble intention of redefining the idea of perfection- The Imperfect Blend. The mix of speakers was indicative of the theme.
Nabila Jamshed an author and public policy specialist at the United Nations, spoke about Global Catastrophic Risks; Amarpreet Singh, the CEO of KhalsaAid and his peer Amandeep Singh inspired the audience with personal experiences of faith in humanity. “Gully Life – The Story of Divine” was screened on 8 th August 2019 , as an initiative by Synergy – the HR club in association with Red Bull Media House. Gully Life is the story of Rapper - Divine on whom the movie Gully Boy was based and served as an inspiration to all IMTians to dream big and work hard.
A mini-marathon was conducted on 18 th August 2019 by Altius – the sports club with the objective of motivating students to become fitter and encouraging them to adapt to a healthier lifestyle. The 5K run around the campus saw active participation from IMTians.
Independence Day was celebrated with great vigour and enthusiasm. Antragna - the Cultural club organized mesmerizing dance and drama performances. Altius - the Sports club conducted friendly matches between seniors and juniors. A luncheon for the support staff was organized by Pahel - the CSR Club.
IMT Hyderabad witnessed it's first ever Sports Day on 2nd September 2019.
The Sports Day was organized by Altius the Sports Club and commenced with athletic events such as races, relay, shotput and ended with box cricket.
Teamwork and Sportsmanship are the key values that stood out during the event which saw active participation from seniors and juniors!
