The research article on “Delighting customer through Employee Engagement and Employee” PsyCap is featured in the Best Issue of the year 2018 (Issue 20 Vol. 1) of a journal of international repute Advances in Developing Human Resources (SCOPUS listed, Sage Publications, USA). The Issue has received an award of appreciation in the ADHR Conference Awards Ceremony held on Feb 13-16, 2019, at the Marriott Hotel in Louisville, KY, USA.

The ILDC-AMP “Women Excellence Awards”, 2019 for outstanding contribution to the field of management research.

The India Leadership Awards 2018 in the category of the “Outstanding Educationist & Professor of Strategic & Managerial Psychology”.

Dr. Shaheen has delivered several online and offline Management Development Programs (MDPs), focusing on areas such as qualitative research methods—including content analysis, thematic analysis, ethnography, and case research—AI applications in HRM, negotiation and conflict resolution strategies, and design thinking for scholars and industry practioners.

Recently, she conducted a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on innovative pedagogies and experiential learning at SBI Staff College, Hyderabad.

She completed an industry project with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Woxsen University, where she conceptualized "Algo Leaders" and identified post-COVID leadership competencies.

She has contributed to consulting projects, notably on Competency Mapping and the Assessment of Branch Managers for IDBI Bank, India and on Career Persistence of Women Professionals in IT/ITes sector (ICSSR project).

Dr. Shaheen has also served as a Research Coach at Prince of Songkla University, Thailand, and Fiji National University, Fiji.

Her academic engagements include being an Expert Speaker on case research methods at ISBR Business School, Bangalore, India and Amity University, Mumbai, India as well as delivering sessions on Publication Ethics at Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, Udaipur, India.

She has been invited for lectures on Qualitative Research at the Indian Institute of Finance and Technology (IIFT), Delhi, India and Annapurna College of Film and Media, Hyderabad, India.

In addition, she has conducted guest sessions on Competency Mapping and Assessment at the Management Development Institute (MDI), Murshidabad, India and on Positive Psychology at the National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Hyderabad, India.

Dr. Shaheen has also served as a Track Chair at prominent national and international management conferences, including the Turkish Academy of Management Conference (TAOM), Turkey, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya, India and Rajagiri Business School, Kerala, India among others.
