Over the past decade, Dr. Kumar has been involved in academics & consultancy in prestigious organizations including IIM Raipur & IMT Hyderabad. This comprehensive experience has given him deep insights in various fields like emotional intelligence, work related attitudes, organizational climate and leadership on which he delivers various MDP programs to government and other reputed organizations. He has handled programs for National Industrial Security Academy, Hyderabad, District Collectors and PDS officers of Chhattisgarh, and agricultural officers in Odisha. A Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur, he has been awarded with a gold medal in 2008 for best management thesis of the year in IIT Kharagpur. He teaches various specialized subjects in Human resources like performance management, compensation management, learning & development, and International HRM. He is also a very active member in many international and national journals as reviewer and editor. He has published research papers and book chapters in various international and national journals of repute.
