The candidate, who has been provisionally admitted, may request for refund of fee by submitting an email to IMT Hyderabad Admissions Office at email@example.com
The e-mail must contain Name of the candidate, application number and program opted.
Request(s) sent to any office other than the admissions office at IMT Hyderabad will not be entertained and will be considered null and void.
Refund shall be made after deduction of the cancellation charges as shown below:

|2||Request received after June 30, 2021 AND the vacated seat COULD be filled by the Institute.||Fee collected less processing fee of Rs. 1,000/-and Seat Cancellation Charges on Pro-rata basis|
|3||Request received after June 30, 2021 AND the vacated seat COULD NOT be filled by the Institute.||Only caution deposit (Rs.15,000/-)|
