Hyderabad, 19th February 2020: IMT Hyderabad has always focused on imparting knowledge and skills to enhance the values of its students, in line with this thought, Pahel, the CSR Club of IMT Hyderabad organized Gyanodaya - a fun educational drive for school children, where these students of Govt. School, Ghansmiyaguda were invited to the campus and introduced to various activities like learning sessions, drawing, music, dance, and fun-filled games.
The IMT-H students took active part in these events, which helped to boost good initiatives. The school children danced, sang, and even enjoyed a special meal of mess food with the aspiring post-graduates. These enthusiastic MBA students have helped Pahel in all possible ways because they believe that offering a helping hand to the needy is the most important job one can do to achieve inner peace and satisfaction, which is parallel to the vision of the institution - to nurture socially responsible business leaders.
''It is a great step, and I am delighted that my students have taken such an initiative. I feel completely overwhelmed seeing the enthusiasm put in by the Pahel members and IMT students, which is depicted through the smiling faces of the children. May IMT take more such initiatives because the greatest happiness in the world is in, helping the people and seeing them happy.'' Said Prof. (Dr.) Nitin Gupta.
Vatsalya Shah, a student of IMT Hyderabad who contributed to Gyanodaya, said that "I appreciate how Pahel is taking initiatives to motivate underprivileged children by conducting knowledgeable as well as extra-curricular activities and I would love to help Pahel in organizing such more events in the future."
The campus witnessed laughter, innocence, and smiles on the faces of these children, which has further motivated IMT-H students to boost social happiness through Pahel. This can be seen in their other social activities too and the IMT-H students have promised to keep on taking such socially-oriented initiatives
