MDP, CoroXcelerate for Coromandel International
IMT Hyderabad successfully concluded the Valedictory Ceremony of the five-day Management Development Program, CoroXcelerate exclusively developed for the executives of Coromandel International Ltd. The event was a testament to the successful partnership between IMT Hyderabad and Coromandel International Ltd.
The event commenced with the welcome address by Dr. Sarath Babu, Chairperson-Executive Education at IMT Hyderabad. Mr. Shyam Sunder, Chief Marketing Officer at Coromandel International Ltd. expressed gratitude for their pioneering collaboration with IMT Hyderabad. He also congratulated the participants for their successful completion of the Program.
Dr Satakarni Makkapati, Board Director of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, honored the valedictory ceremony as the chief guest. Additionally, he conducted a compelling leadership session, exploring the seven tenets of leadership. Dr. Satakarni's expertise, as a distinguished visionary and accomplished scientist in the pharmaceutical sector, resonated profoundly with the audience. The Leadership session left a lasting impact on the participants and equipped them with invaluable skills for their career progression.
Dr. Chakrapani Chatuvedula, Dean (Academics) IMT Hyderabad urged the pioneers to fully embrace their learnings, encouraging them to apply their knowledge effectively. Dr. K Shriharsha Reddy, Director-IMT Hyderabad reminded everyone of the transformative journey they had embarked upon and urged the participants to work collectively breaking their silos. He also emphasized the importance of implementing newfound knowledge and embracing challenges for personal and organizational growth. Dr. Satakarni and Dr. Sriharsha graciously presented certificates and mementoes to the participants, serving as cherished reminders of their accomplishments and the knowledge gained throughout the program.
Dr. Kalyan C Chajarla, Program Director CoroXcelerate presented the vote of thanks and expressed gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of the program and inspired the audience to embrace a brighter future.
