Leadership and Personal Effectiveness

IMT Hyderabad successfully conducted a two-day Leadership Development Program on “Leadership and Personal Effectiveness” for the senior executives of Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd. The program was designed to impart the cutting-edge tools one needs to take his/her leadership skills to the next level.

The program consisted of a mix of individual and group exercises, concept sessions, and personal fitness and explorations. The Valedictory session was graced by Mr. Srinivas Reddy Vudumula, Chief People’s Officer BFIL, Mr. Imran Ali, Head-HR BFIL, Mr. Mrinal Sengupta, Sr Vice President – Training, Dr. Venkata Chakrapani C, Professor & Dean (Academics) IMT Hyderabad, Dr. A. Sarath Babu, Associate Professor & Chairperson: Executive Education IMT Hyderabad.

Prof. (Dr.) B. Pavan Kumar Balivada, Program Director congratulated the participants for taking steps for their future. He appreciated the guest for their valuable time and thoughts, proposed the vote of thanks, and formally concluded the event.
