EPGPM | Executive Post Graduate Program in Management

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

IMT Hyderabad (IMTH), has partnered with IPL to offer an 12-month Executive Post Graduate Program in Management (EPGPM). EPGPM is a campus based, experiential program customized for working professionals who want to build global perspectives and end to end leadership skills with specializations in product management, User experience design and data analytics. The program is aimed at middle and senior level executives working in the industry who would like to pursue their carrier with specialised focus on product development. The students in this program represent various domains in the industry such as information technology, insurance, banking, healthcare IT, telecommunication to name a few.

EPGPM ADVATNAGE

EPGPM bridges the gap between technology and business decision-making. It helps professionals upskill themselves in five specific skills that industry is looking for: Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Owner, User Experience Design (UX) and Data Analytics. The EPGPM enhances the careers of participants and makes them job-ready.

EPGPM is administered by product practitioner gurus and industry stalwarts who have built and scaled some of the world’s most-loved businesses. The program is designed to address real-world challenges and meant to be a hands-on experiential learning, which includes four immersions through the duration of the program. 

CURRICULUM & LEARNING

Our skills-based modular curriculum offers deep and broad knowledge in Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Owner, User Experience Design (UX) and Data Analytics. All knowledge is augmented by Harvard Business Publishing.

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING & PRODUCT LABS

As part of Active Study, participants get hands-on experience solving industry challenges and building solutions to real problems. Each participant has an option to either BYOI (Bring Your Own Idea) or work on a problem identified by mentors and product industry executives in the community.

EPGPM is ideal for mid-career technology leaders who want to accelerate their career growth in the product space. Our approach and curriculum have been validated and endorsed by several Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders who have been associated with us over the last year.

UNIQUENESS OF THE PROGRAM

The program is a blend of product management, technology management, Leadership and general management concepts which are required to build world class products. The knowledge is augmented by Harvard Business School Publishing. The faculty in the program comprises of both industry veterans and seasoned academicians.

As a part of the program, product labs are conducted where students have to design a new product leading to a start-up or solve a real world business problem in the industry.  The students are expected to develop a complete product by the end of the project. The project will be evaluated by industry experts, venture capitalists and seasoned academicians.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidate with Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with 50% aggregate marks shall be eligible for admission to the course (45% for SC / ST category). In addition, a minimum of 3 years post qualification Managerial / Executive / Supervisory work experience in Industry / Educational Institution is a pre-requisite.
