Dr. Debadutta Kumar Panda Dr. Debadutta Kumar Panda is a Professor of strategic management at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Hyderabad, India. He earned his doctorate in Economics, MSc in Agril. Economics, and Post-graduate in Management. He studied MSS in Qualitative Research Methods in the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE), London. He was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He was also a Visiting Scholar at the Aston Business School, Aston University, Birmingham, UK. He had conducted more than 20 consulting and sponsored studies for organizations like United Nations Development Program (UNDP), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF), MART, GVT, NABARD, NPCI, etc. He has published more than 40 research papers in academic journals of international repute and authored two books. STRATEGY AND GENERAL MANAGEMENT AREA Dr. Arun Kumar Biswal Dr. Arun Kumar Biswal joined IMT Hyderabad as Asst Professor (Operations Management) after completing PhD from IIT Kharagpur. He received B.E. in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Rourkela and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE) from NITIE, Mumbai. Prior to pursuing PhD, he worked for Private/Govt. organisations for close to ten years in the domain of Project Management and Supply Chain Management. He is a certified PMP and CSCP from PMI and APICS respectively. His research interest includes Humanitarian supply chain, RFID application in supply chain, Inventory inaccuracy, and Food security. He teaches Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Lean Six Sigma and MCDM at IMT Hyderabad. Dr. Esha Saha Dr. Esha Saha is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur. Her academic credentials include PhD (IIT Kgp), MTech (NIT Calicut) and BTech (WBUT). Her research areas include Healthcare Management, Operations & Supply Chain Management, and Decision-making under Uncertainty. As a part of her teaching experience, she has taught courses like New Product Development, Supplier Relationship Management, Management Science/Operations Research. She is a member of several professional bodies, like Operational Research Society of India, Indian Society of Medical Statistics, Indian Society of Mechanical Engineers and Indian Statistical Institute. She has published papers in reputed international journals like Computers & Industrial Engineering, IISE Transactions on Healthcare Systems Engineering along with several book chapters and conference proceedings.
