Objective:
To spread ideas, usually in the form of short powerful talks. The talks may contain a wide range of topics and TEDx provides a platform where Technology, Design and Entertainment converges to form one brilliant new idea.
About the Committee:
The Organising Committee is a group of people who are passionate about spreading new and different ideas to the local community. These passionate people are from diverse backgrounds and from different states of the country. They are united by one motive and that is to spread ideas. They like to learn new things and love to look at something from a different perspective. Their curiosity knows no bounds!

The speakers are decided and are contacted with the intention that they will be able to share something valuable with the local community. With the help of the volunteers who are selected for every event, efforts are also put towards social media promotion, gaining sponsorship for the event, planning and allocating the budget of the event.
What we intend to achieve:
Although TEDx events are an independent event of TED, we as a group, follow the mission of TED which is to welcome people from every discipline and culture who seek a deeper understanding of the world. We believe in the power of ideas being able to change attitudes, lives and even the world. To make great ideas accessible and spark a conversation is our motto and we are driven by the following goal – “How can we best spread great ideas?”
