The knowledge that the students gain when a group of experts/ industry and thought leaders share their viewpoints is thought- provoking and insightful, gives diversified perspective on an issue and educate, inspire, and spark the students’ curiosity. Internship Program Internship is an express ticket to the career of dreams, help- ing a student to bridge the gap between knowledge gained in theory and practice. Summer internship provides the students with a plethora of opportunities to apply their classroom knowledge on the field and, at the same time, get a chance to step their foot in the real corporate world. Internship helps the students to hone their skills and boost their confidence and attitude, which professional life demands. Summer in- ternships are about exploration, learning, building skills, and planning long-term goals. In the curriculum, the Internship forms an integral part of the evaluation with a weightage of 6 credits, which is equivalent to almost two full courses, and to make it more effective, and the Internship Program is jointly evaluated by the Faculty Guide and Industry Guide. It provides students with an opportuni- ty to learn and practice business knowledge and professional behaviour. Industry Mentor - Mentee Program -- “Knowing by doing” is amongst the core pedagogical philosophies of IMT Hyderabad. To act as a force multiplier to these initiatives, IMTH has initiated Industry Mentor Mentee Program to enhance the industry readiness and nurture the innate business leadership potential among students. -- The purpose of Industry Mentor Mentee Program is to develop business acumen, enhance cognitive skills and nurture communication & interpersonal skills by enabling students interact with stakeholders across the length and the breadth of an organization. -- Through Industry Mentor Mentee program, students will be able to appreciate roles, responsibilities and challenges of a particular career path.
